This (and Ref. 150) are designs that 'came to me' (from whom I have forgotten, sorry!) I have the feeling I was told they were Flemish but the return on the strap hinge is only 9mm, and this and the pattern makes me think of them as Italian. They appear perfect for the smallest of instruments.
