All orders over £50 will be insured and sent by a registered service requiring a signature on delivery.For destinations outside Europe, Parcel Force International includes insurance to £250. If the order value exceeds £250, either the parcel will be split: or another service will be used, in which case a proforma invoice including postage charges will be sent when your parcel is ready, and the goods despatched upon receipt of payment.

I can now accept payments by PayPal! so you can use a visa card

If you want to pay me this way, you don’t need a PayPal account. Tell me that you wish to pay this way, and I will send a request for money via PayPal, giving your e-mail address and the amount in sterling; you get an e-mail telling you how to pay. This can be very fast, and you only pay when your order is ready to send.

I am charged for this service so your invoice will be subject to a 4% surcharge.

Paying this way will not make getting things made any quicker, since I don’t keep finished stuff on the shelf, but it may help reduce the cost of using bank transfers; for smaller orders this really saves money and hassle.

For all new customers, payment in full is required before anything is posted.
All other customers – payment is required within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.

Goods may be refunded if incorrectly supplied, within 2 weeks of receipt.
